Ingredients
14 ea egg
1 ea bell pepper, green
1 ea bell pepper, red
1 pk tortilla


Directions
Scramble 14 eggs and milk in a large frying pan. Dice both the green and red bell peppers and simmer on low heat in frying pan with sausage. When both the scrambled eggs and sausage/peppers are fully cooked, combine them in the larger of the two pans and mix together until desired consistency.

Spoon egg/sausage/pepper concoction into large, burrito-size, warmed tortilla with american cheese evenly distributed to melt onto concoction within the tortilla. Roll to contain concoction within tortilla to make a burrito. Consider warming the burrito(s) in a microwave for 30 seconds before serving.

Optional: For added spice, serve with Frank's hot sauce.
