Ingredients
2 c All Purpose flour, white
3/4 c brown sugar
2 t baking powder
2 ea large egg
2/3 c orange juice
1 ea zest orange
1/3 c vegetable oil
1 c fresh or frozen cranberries
1 c walnuts

Directions
In a large bowl combine flour, brown sugar, and baking powder

In another bowl whisk together eggs, orange juice, vegetable oil, and orange zest (from one entire orange). Stir into try ingredients just until moistened. The batter will be lumpy.

Fold in cranberries and walnuts

Bake at 375° F for 20 minutes
