Ingredients
2 T topping sugar
1/2 c shortening
1/2 t salt
1 1/2 c flour, wheat
1 ds topping cinnamon

Directions
Preheat the oven to 425° F

- Mix flour, salt, and shortening until crumbled into pea-sized pieces.
- Add 4 or 5 Tablespoons of water.
- Mix with fork to start, then knead with hands until firm (do not over-mix, as this will make the dough tough).
- Poke holes in the top of the crust and along the walls to prevent bubbling.
- Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon to desired consistency on crust.

Bake at 425° F for 7 or 8 minutes, possible longer depending on the pan you're using. Watch the crust and remove when it begins to reach a golden brown color.
